Resolved Question: Moving from Ohio to California?

I'm a single mom with two boys-one in college and one in first grade. I have been offered a job in our company's California office in the Palo Alto area. I have always wanted to live in California and my kids are excited to move (my oldest son's company is transferring him to their Sunnyvale location) but I am afraid of finances and if we will be able to make it.I will have an income of about 63,000 and will of course be renting a small house.
