I am presently a student of class 12 from kolkata, India. I am looking for a scholarship to study in the US after passing out from my high school. I am intending to sit for SAT in october/september this year. I have had a decent record in academics. I have also been selected by Yahoo! itself in a contest called Ask The Planet 2007 contest and was among ten selected out of a lakh participants from india. I was selected by former president A.P.J abdul kalam himself. I also got to visit yahoo headquarters in sunnyvale, california. The topic of the contest was giving ideas to curb terrorism. At present i am a student of science and also a freelancer for the newspaper The Telegraph here. I also have publsihed many articles and have also recieved some awards.I am inclined to study bio science in the USA but am hindered by only one difficulty, that of financial.
